Living in the residence center has been one of my best experiences as a student. Starting with my quarantine on arrival, the staff management has been very helpful through the restaurant which offers very good and varied meals and also at the grocery store located right on the ground floor. This experience was also an opportunity for me to meet other students from different backgrounds and cultures, which allows me to have a global view of today's world and to make good friends.

Life at the CEU residence centre has been one of the best experiences for me. Here you meet exciting and intellectual people from all around the world. I believe all the informal gatherings allowed me to network with people, internationalize and get new knowledge and experience. RC also offers various facilities, starting from study rooms, including a pool and sauna. If you want to become a fantastic community member, gain not only academic but also valuable life experience, then RC is the right place for you!

I traveled almost everywhere and stayed in all fancy hotels around the world but when it comes to my life in Budapest, I must say nothing is as comfortable like CEU Residence Centre. I stayed more than one year in the CEU Residence Centre. It is one of the most beautiful, clean and highly equipped places, I have ever stayed. Most important things about RC that occur to my mind are the very helpful staff and fully secured campus.

The Residence Center (RC) was one of the best decision I made during my education at CEU. I could not have a better CEU experience living elsewhere than at the residence center. The CEU residence center wasn’t my first experience residing in a campus facility, but it was the best one I ever had . A lot of things at RC make it a very special and a unique place as a CEU student to have a memorable CEU experience as the well vibrant Budapest experience.

The most memorable part of living at the CEU Residence Center for me was the community living experience. We got an opportunity to know students beyond our departments, cook together, and chat for hours in the backyard. In my two years, I’ve seen it to be the liveliest during the annual Intercultural Festival, amongst many other events at the RC.
When it came to work, there were many study rooms that provided the much needed break from the monotony of the room. They were ideal when a group presentation was at hand or simply when a bunch of friends needed study support. Another advantage of the dorm was its computer labs, as sometimes it’s easier to work on two screens, or just a bigger one!
The distance of the RC from the city center is compensated by its lovely and picturesque neighbourhood. Don’t miss the sunset!
